Holy Shirts and Signs (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides custom apparel and signage including hoodies, short sleeve shirts, long sleeve shirts, banners, and related products. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

2. Custom Orders & Design Approval

  • Most of our products are made-to-order and customized specifically for you.

  • We will provide a digital proof or mockup when necessary. Production begins only after your approval.

  • Once approved and production starts, designs cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

  • Payment must be made in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and cash for in-store orders.

  • Sales tax will be applied where required by law.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout or provided in quotes.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect delivery information submitted by the customer.

  • Local pickup is available at our store location in Lewisville, Texas.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Because items are custom-made:

  • No returns or refunds are allowed unless the product is damaged, incorrect, or defective due to our error.

  • If there is an issue, you must notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order with photos and order details.

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of payment if production hasn’t started.

6. Artwork & Copyright

  • By submitting designs, images, or logos, you confirm that you own the rights or have obtained proper permission to use them.

  • We are not responsible for copyright violations caused by customer-submitted artwork.

  • We reserve the right to refuse printing any content that is offensive, hateful, or violates copyright laws.

7. Accuracy of Information

  • We do our best to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, sizing, and colors are accurate.

  • However, minor color variations may occur due to screen display differences or fabric types.

  • We reserve the right to correct errors or update information at any time without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Holy Shirts and Signs is not responsible for:

  • Losses due to delayed shipping, misuse of products, or design errors submitted by the customer

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use or purchases

  • Any unauthorized use of your account or personal information
