Thank you for shopping with Holy Shirts and Signs. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered, available shipping methods, costs, and processing times.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All apparel and signs are custom-made, so production begins after your design is approved and payment is received.

  • Standard production time is 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Large bulk orders or complex designs may require additional time.

  • If you need your order urgently, contact us for rush or same-day printing options (when available).

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer local pickup and nationwide shipping within the United States.

3. Local Pickup (Lewisville, TX)

You may pick up your order in person at our shop:

You will receive an email, text, or call once your order is ready for pickup.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.

  • Large signs or oversized orders may have additional handling fees.

  • Local pickup is free.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your shipment's progress.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the package, item, and shipping label

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@holyshirtsandsigns.com or 469-464-3503
    We will help file a carrier claim and, if approved, send a replacement.

8. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside the United States.
