1. What products do you make?

We create high-quality custom hoodies, short sleeve shirts, long sleeve shirts, and personalized signs and banners. Whether it’s for a business, church group, school event, fundraiser, or personal design, we print everything in-house for the best quality and color accuracy.

2. Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. You can order just one item or bulk quantities. We work with individuals, small groups, and large organizations. Bigger orders qualify for discounted pricing, but we’re happy to print even a single shirt or hoodie.

3. How do I place an order?

    Once we receive your details, we’ll confirm pricing, design proof, and turnaround time before production begins.

4. Can you help me create or fix my design?

Yes! If you don’t have a finished design, we can help with:

  • Logo or artwork creation

  • Fixing low-quality images

  • Changing colors, fonts, or sizing

  • Setting up your design for print
    We’ll send you a digital proof before printing to make sure everything looks perfect.

5. How long does it take to complete an order?

Standard production time is 3–7 business days. Larger or more complex orders may take longer. If you’re in a rush, let us know — we offer express and same-day printing options when available.

6. What printing methods do you use?

We use professional-grade printing methods designed for long-lasting color and comfort. Our prints are soft to the touch, don’t peel like vinyl, and stay bright even after multiple washes.

7. Can I bring my own shirts or hoodies to print on?

Yes, you can bring your own garments. We’ll check the material to make sure it’s printable and discuss the best placement for your design. Please make sure items are new, clean, and unwashed.

8. Do you ship orders, or is it pickup only?

We offer both local pickup and shipping. You can pick up your order from our shop in Lewisville, Texas, or have it shipped anywhere in the U.S. Shipping cost depends on weight and location.

9. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, cash, PayPal, and invoices for approved business accounts. For large or custom bulk orders, a deposit may be required before production starts.

10. How do I care for my printed shirts or hoodies?

To keep your prints looking new for a long time, we recommend:

  • Turn the garment inside out before washing

  • Use cold water and mild detergent

  • Avoid bleach and fabric softeners

  • Hang dry or use low heat in the dryer
    Proper care helps prevent cracking, fading, or peeling.
